About us
Otis is kid focaccia.
Otis found a love of bread, then did what curious bakers do: he experimented. Different flours, patient rises, olive oil, sea salt, herbs, and plenty of tasting around the kitchen table.
Kid Focaccia is his way of sharing the best of those doughy, delicious bread products. He is young, he is hands-on, and every bake starts with the same small-batch care.
